LatBAN to Participate in Pan-Baltic Syndicate to Invest in the Winner of Latitude59 Pitch Competition up to €500,000

The Latvian Business Angels Network (LatBAN) has announced its participation in a Pan-Baltic investor syndicate that will invest up to €500,000 in the winner of the Latitude59 2024 Pitch Competition. This initiative marks a significant step forward in cross-border collaboration among early-stage investors in the Baltics, aimed at supporting the region’s most promising startups.
Latitude59, Estonia’s flagship tech and startup conference, is scheduled to take place in May in Tallinn. Renowned for bringing together visionary founders, global investors, and tech leaders, the event is a cornerstone of the Baltic innovation ecosystem. The pitch competition is one of the conference’s highlights, showcasing high-potential startups from across the region and beyond.
ASP Asset Management will play a key role in structuring and managing the investment syndicate as the designated alternative investment fund management company. By coordinating funding and ensuring regulatory compliance, ASP Asset Management helps streamline investor participation while enabling efficient deployment of capital to the winning startup.
The Pan-Baltic syndicate is expected to attract contributions from business angels and institutional investors in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania. This collaborative approach reflects a growing appetite for cross-border startup investment and positions the Baltics as a united front in fostering innovation and entrepreneurial growth.
Through this initiative, LatBAN and ASP Asset Management reaffirm their commitment to strengthening the regional startup landscape and accelerating the growth of next-generation Baltic tech champions.
